Template:Unreviewed Arthur Hugh Chaplin CB (1905-1996) was Principal Keeper of Printed Books at the British Museum.[1] He was educated at Bedford Modern School and University College, London. [2] He was made a Fellow of University College, London in 1969 and a Companion of the Order of the Bath in 1970.[3]
