Ken Andrews, born Kenneth Andrew Doty, is an American musician, mixer, and producer. He was the lead singer, guitarist, and co-writer in the rock band Failure. After Failure's break up, Andrews played in Replicants, a cover band side-project including members of Tool and Failure. He currently releases solo music under the moniker of On, and was the frontman of the short-lived alternative rock band Year of the Rabbit.

Apart from his work as a musician he has also mixed and produced many albums, working with artists such as A Perfect Circle, Tenacious D, Charlotte Martin (to whom he is now married), Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Abandoned Pools, Bullets and Octane, and Mae.
