Kedi the tramp (also known as "The Tramp Bard", "The Bastard") is a mystery person. When asked of his age, he usually responds with "Old enough to drink; young enough to drink seven times a week".

He spends his time reading books, listening to music, writing stories and during his free time he may or not decide to go to his lessons. Currently, he browses Recent Changes to get random information and random vandalisms, which he finds funny and then tries to revert those in a timely fashion.
