Aditya Singh, also known under the stage name of Badshah, is an Indian rapper, music producer, and singer.[1][2][3][4] Singh has performed with the Indian rappers Yo Yo Honey Singh and Bnilmk, with whom he launched his first track in 2006,[5] and his music has been featured in Bollywood soundtracks for films such as the 2014 film Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania.[6][7][8][9] He has also collaborated with artists such as Gippy Grewal.[10]

During his youth Singh performed on his school choir and prior to becoming a full-time musician he received education to become a civil engineer and has stated that if he had not become a rapper, he would "have been an IAS officer."[11]
