Minoru Sano (佐野 実, Minoru Sano, April 4, 1951 – April 11, 2014) was a Japanese celebrity chef of ramen. he called the Oni ofRamen in Japan[1]. He Founded the ‘’Shinasobaya’’ Company and have run in Shin-Yokohama Raumen Museum.

Minoru Sano was born in Totsuka-ku, of the city of Yokohama in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. In junior high school he behaved to make a ramen in his family for the first time. He had numerous appearances in the Japanese media. He had a large number of disciples of ramen chef.
