One Horizon Center at Golf Course Road, Sector 43, Gurgaon, India, is a 25 storied high-rise commercial building. Designed by renowned architect Robert A. M Stern Architects, the project is developed by Hines Interests Limited Partnership in partnership with Indian real estate giant DLF. The building is LEED Gold rated for its eco-friendly design.[1][2]

Offices

It houses head office of Vistara, the Tata-Singapore Airlines joint venture airline company.[3][4]Apart from Vistara, the list of tenants at One Horizon Center also include Apple Inc., American Express, Coca Cola, Zomato, Corporatedge, British Council among others.[1]

Awards and recognitions

  • One Horizon Center awarded 'Best Commercial Hing-rise in India' at the 'Asia Pacific International Property Awards' 2013-14.[5]
  • The building also certified with LEED Gold standards for very high environment friendly aspect in its design.
