Nigel Barker is a fashion photographer and former male fashion model, who is probably best known as one of the judges on UPN's successful reality television show, America's Next Top Model. Despite not appearing in the first season, he is now the longest serving judge apart from Tyra Banks.

Born in London to an English father and a Sri Lankan mother, Barker appeared in the 1980s as a contestant in The Clothes Show, a popular televised model search in England. He went on to enjoy a modeling career, which took him all over the world working for fashion giants such as Giorgio Armani and Valentino, before becoming a photographer. He relocated to the United States, where he began his own photo studio, Studio NB, in New York. He is married to model and makeup artist Cristen Chin Barker with whom he has a son, Jack.

According to Studio NB's website, Barker's work has appeared in a wide variety of publications, including Oyster, Interview, Cover, Paper, (t)here, Nikki Style, Lucky, People, Zink, Elle Girl, Co-Ed, Angeleno and Playboy. The website also has a list of past clients, which include Saks Fifth Avenue, Nicole Miller, Ralph Lauren, Express, Ted Baker, Lands' End and Frederick's of Hollywood.
