Kira Vincent-Davis (born July 19, 1979) is an American voice actress who has worked for ADV Films, Funimation and Sentai Filmworks. She has provided voices for a number of English-language versions of Japanese anime films and television series. She is best known as the voice of Minagi Tono in Air, Tsugumi Higashijujo in Cyber Team in Akihabara, Ayumu Kasuga in Azumanga Daioh, Ryunosuke Natsume in the All Purpose Cultural Cat Girl Nuku Nuku series, Mizuki Tachibana in Gravion, Rino Rando and Pu in Best Student Council, Chaika Trabant in Chaika - The Coffin Princess, and Mio Sakamoto in the Strike Witches series. In September 2016, Vincent-Davis collaborated with The Kitsune Network to voice over their various YouTube videos.[2]
