Reis (Turkish for The Chief) is a 2017 biographical Turkish film about Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the incumbent President of Turkey.

Synopsis

The film tells Recep Tayyip Erdogan's early life as Mayor of Istanbul and his childhood. Movie ends when he went to jail after reading an Islamic poem in 1998.[2]

It is known that Erdogan has a strong opposition not only in his country but also in the whole world for his political ideology. so, propaganda ran against him and the film also been "questioned" by his opposition. The IMDb lists it as one of the worst movies of all time.[3]
