Pawan Kumar Duggal (born 8 November 1976) is an Indian politician from Rajasthan. He was Elected M.L.A From Anupgarh Assembly In 2008. He was the M.L.A from 2008 to 2014 He is a member of the Communist Party of India (Marxist). He represents Anupgarh constituency of as Member of Legislative Assembly of Rajasthan.

Pawan Kumar Duggal, son of Maniram, was born on 8 November 1976 in a Meghwal family of Sadulsahar, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. He is married to Rani Duggal and has a daughter. He is a member of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) party. In 2001, for the Job, he came to teach at a private school in New Mandi Gharsana. In 2004, under the leadership of Comrade Hetram Beniwal and Comrade Shyopat Singh Makkasar perform a historic Kisan revolution in Rawla Gharsana for the prosperity of the area farmers, This attracted the attention of Pawan Duggal towards the Poltical. After this he Jump in the movement for the sake of Farmers Since 2004, political careers is started from the beginning and the beginning of jail life begins.
