Hitman 3 (stylized as Hitman III) is an upcoming stealth game developed and published by IO Interactive.[2][1] The game will be the eighth main installment in the Hitman series and the third and final installment in the World of Assassination trilogy, following Hitman (2016) and Hitman 2 (2018).[3] It is set to be released for Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Stadia in January 2021.

The game was announced on 11 June 2020 at the PlayStation 5 reveal event.[4] The game features six different locations, including Dubai, which was announced alongside the game. Players who owned Hitman (2016) and Hitman 2 (2018) will be able to import maps, levels and their progress into Hitman 3.[5] Developers have said that the game will be "a lot more mature, serious and darker" than previous installments in the trilogy.[6] The game is also planned released for Stadia.[7]
