Frank Tayali is a Zambian politician.[1][2][3] He is the current Minister of Transport and Logistics of Zambia and the member of parliament for Ndola Central.[1] He is a member of the United Party for National Development (UPND). He was born on 13 January 1975 in Zambia.[1] He holds Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering[1] and a Law Degree (LLB).[1]
