Welcome to Wikipedia. Although we invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Coleen Nolan, was not constructive and has been reverted or removed. ? references for Racecourse edits

Hi, I noticed from my watchlist your edits to Wincanton Racecourse & Taunton Racecourse. Can you add any references to Reliable Sources as some of your text seems to be your Point Of View rather than verifiable. I also noticed you removed a referenced sentence about the casualty rate at Wincanton - was there any reason for this?— Rod talk 13:51, 2 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for your response. I've edited them to remove some of the POV comments & provide some references (+ some copyediting). If you want to put any of the comments back it would be great if you could provide WP:Reliable sources.— Rod talk 16:20, 3 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Chard

I have reverted your edit to Chard, Somerset. Comments such as " While a pleasant place today, in the local area Chard formerly had a reputation for pub fights and general uncouthness." are considered Point of View and if they are to be included in an encyclopaedia need to be referenced, perhaps to a local paper or similar, if they have basis in fact.— Rod talk 16:16, 4 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

February 2010

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your recent edits to George Osborne have been reverted as they could be seen to be defamatory or potentially libellous. Take a look at our welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Off2riorob (talk) 12:44, 6 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
