TBA continuation

Hey there! You did say to move the conversation somewhere else...

Advice for TBA, Phase III:

Some small categories can be merged with others. You can find more information on how to on the phase page.
Some can be fixed by going to enwiki, looking at the same category, and seeing which pages they have on that category that ours doesn't include. Then try to find those pages here and add them to the category.
While Ferien said deleting categories is a last resort, he later said that there are many that do need to be deleted and will never be able to have three. You can find those and tag them for QD.
As Ferien also said, try to take pages from parent or child categories.
If you are up for it, try to also create pages that would go into the small category to populate it.

G5 only applies to pages where the editor was evading a block/ban at the time of the page being created, rather than being automatically applied to blocked editors. Tagging pages

We don't really need too many tags in article. Stub means the article is just the start and lacks content, more tags on top of that makes article look ugly.
