Youghal is a seaport in County Cork, Ireland. As of the 1996 census, the population was 5,630.

Youghal is located on the estuary of the River Blackwell, and in the past was militarily important. The city walls date to the Middle Ages; the walls and the historic buildings have led to the town being declared a historic site.
