Barbara Simpson is an American radio talk show host. She is most notable nationally and worldwide as the host of Coast-to-Coast AM on Saturday nights from about 2000 until about 2003. She occasionally hosted the show on other nights as well, and as of 2004, still occasionally hosts the show on weekends, as a substitute for the show's founder and current weekend host, Art Bell. Simpson is known for her conservative political views.
