WWE No Way Out is an annual World Wrestling Entertainment pay-per-view event, which started in 1998, excluding 1999. As of 2004, No Way Out is a SmackDown! exclusive pay-per-view event. No Way Out was briefly renamed St. Valentine's Day Massacre in 1999.
