Maryla Rodowicz

Maryla Rodowicz (b. 8 December 1945 in Zielona Góra) is a popular Polish singer. The graduate Lyceum Ziemii Kujawskiej in Włocławek and Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw. As a child, she trained as a gymnast, when young actively tilled the athletics among other things in inhabitant of "Kujawy" sport club in Włocławek.

In 1973 the year became famous thanks to the song with a text of Agnieszka Osiecka "Małgośka". In 1974 the year to sit in on the opening ceremony Of FIFA World Cup in Munich (Germany) executed the song "The Football".

The beloved and the admired singer, in its own acquired possessions has over 600 songs, over 20 Polish plates, and also after one of English, Czech, German, Russian.
Except "Małgośka" most well-known songs Maryla Rodowicz are "Long live the ball", "This was already " , "Great water", "The conversation through the ocean", "Bossanova to the pillow", "Inflammable" and hits from the last plate such as "All want to love", "Will be this what must be ".

Worldwide gave a concert - in Europe, the United States, Australia, Asia. The laureate of many prizes, the participant of many festivals - also outside borders of Poland, among other things in Oklahoma City, Los Angeles, Toulouse, the Festival of the Song and student′s Singers in Cracow, the national Festival of the Polish Song in Opole.

She took part in several festivals, notably, in the Festival of Student Songs and Singers in Kraków, and in the Festival of Polish Song in Opole, as well as some festivals outside Poland.

In recent years, she has also starred in some Polish television series.
