Grygov

Grygov is a village in Olomouc Region ,about eight kilometres next to Olomouc, the Czech Republic. It is located at around 49°31′60″N 17°19′0″E / 49.53333°N 17.31667°E / 49.53333; 17.31667 Coordinates: latitude seconds >= 60
{{#coordinates:}}: invalid latitude.First written mention is from 1306. It is situated in Hornomoravský úval in Moravia. Grygov is in the river Morava. The Morava is the longest river in Olomouc region. Near Grygov is food-plain forest. We can found very old tree in this forest. it is an oak-tree with called "The King" which is about 500 years old. About 1,400 people lives in Grygov, mostly in family houses. There is a hill called "Horka" to the east at the village. Horka is high 253 meters above the sea-level and near is low hill Chrášť 247meters. the public transport in Grygov providet by train and bus. Grygov won the competition for the Village of the year 1998 in the Olomouc region. Grygov is surrounded with fields with graints, corn and sunflower. Farming is very importatnt source at work in the village.
