This is a list of Christmas number one singles around the world.

United Kingdom

The number one single as given by the official UK Singles Chart

The Beatles are the only artists to have four number ones, three consecutively starting from 1963. The Spice Girls managed to equal having three in a row from 1996. Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody is the only single to have reached the top twice at Christmas time, in 1975 and 1991. Charity song Do They Know It's Christmas? by Band Aid is the second best selling single in UK history, and many of the above songs are in the List of best selling singles (UK).
