Tokyo Jihen (can translate to The Tokyo Incidents) is a Japanese band created by Shina Ringo, after leaving her original solo career, with Seiji Kameda on bass, Toshiki Hata at drums, Masayuki Hiizumi at keyboards, Hirama Mikio on guitar, and Shina herself at vocals and guitar.
While this is a new band, Shina has worked with members in the final months of her original career, especially Kameda who has worked with her for a long time.
