In August 2000, Jindrak and Sean O'Haire helped form the Natural Born Thrillers with Mike Sanders, Shawn Stasiak, Chuck Palumbo, Johnny "The Bull" Stamboli and Reno. They were briefly "coached" by Kevin Nash.

In September 2000, Jindrak won the WCW World Tag Team titles with O'Haire for the first time, despite being relatively new in the business. The pair would win WCW Tag team gold one more time before spliting in early January, 2001 when Jindrak would begin teaming with Stasiak instead.

In December 2000 he became the first openly gay wrestler to wrestle in North America.

In January 2001, The Natural Born thrillers broke up when, The team of Mark Jindrak and Shawn Stasiak would become jealous of Chuck Palumbo and Sean O'Haire (who had gone on to win tag team gold) and would face them at WCW Superbrawl on February 18, 2001 for the tag team titles. Palumbo and O'Haire retained their titles, and Jindrak disappeared from TV.

After World Wrestling Federation purchased WCW in March 2001, Mark Jindrak came into the company in July 2001 as part of The Alliance, Jindrak was briefly part of The Alliance that invaded the WWF roster. In late August of that year Mark Jindrak was sent to the Heartland Wrestling Association (HWA) then Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) for training, in early 2003 Mark Jindrak joined Kenny Bolin's "Bolin Services" and teamed with Garrison Cade.

Mark Jindrak was soon called up by WWE in June 2003 and started out forming a tag team with Garrison Cade on the RAW brand, the team found little success on RAW and soon separated when Jindrak was drafted to SmackDown! on March 22, 2004.

He first appeared on SmackDown!'s sister show Velocity where he adopted a gimmick of an egotistical, narcissistic heel obsessed with his own physique (similar to Lex Luger), calling himself "The Reflection of Perfection" and standing in front of a mirror to admire himself. On April 8, 2004 He would gain a manager by the name of Theodore Long for a brief period until the pair split in July 2004 in which Long went on to become the general manager of SmackDown! and Mark Jindrak remained mostly on Velocity.

In September 2004 Mark Jindrak aligned himself with Kurt Angle and Luther Reigns, whom he helped take down and shave bald Big Show during the fifth Anniversary episode of the SmackDown!. After a teaming with Reigns for a while, the pair began to have a falling out, most notably after a "Double Jeopardy" handicap match on the February 24, 2005 episode of SmackDown! in Philadelphia against The Undertaker. This led to Jindrak turning face and delivering a few knock-out punches to Reigns, punches that would become signature moves.

After this, Jindrak defeated Luther Reigns in their short feud only to become a lower card star performing on WWE Velocity, and only appearing on SmackDown! to job for other wrestlers, portraying neither a heel or face character.

On June 30, 2005, Mark Jindrak became one of the last minute trades in the 2005 WWE Draft, which saw him jump from SmackDown! back to RAW. Mark Jindrak was released five days later on July 5, 2005. The WWE cited decreased revenue and a lack of enthusiasm with respect to Jindrak's in-ring abilities as the cause of his release.

Mark Jindrak wrestled in Deep South Wrestling, a training ground of WWE in his homestate of Georgia. In May 2006, he (under the name "Marco Corleone") and Johnny Stamboli (under the name "Stamboli") started working a brief tour with Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre.
