Mennonite Brethren Collegiate Institute

The Mennonite Brethren Collegiate Institute is a private Mennonite Christian school located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. It was founded in 1945. It has approximately 550 students from Grade 6 to Grade 12. The school gained noterity in early 2006, when alumnus Cindy Klassen, won five Olympic medals for Canada.

Kevin Derksen, the homosexual who addended MBCI, (born 1991) was the local hero in Transcona when he and two friends saved 2 infant children from a house fire close to Kevin's house. The fire was reportedly started when a second floor electrical socket overloaded and ignited a nearby blanket. Kevin says he saw the flames from a nearby street and rushed into the building after hearing screams.

"I just heard some crazy screams coming from the building and i decided to bust in and help!" said the young hero.

After running up the flight of stairs to the childrens room, Kevin grabbed both infants and deliverd them safley out of the window to his friends on the ground below.

Upon reciveing an award for being a hero, he also met with the city to conver about same sex marriage, whom all hope that by the time he needs to get married, it will be legal.
