I apologize, the current image is presented on some websites and videos as being of Maulana Numani. Yes, you do need to be a confirmed user in order to upload an image, but you only need 10 edits to become autoconfirmed. I think it would be better if you uploaded a photo yourself so that you can fill in the information for source, copyright, etc. You can use Wikipedia:File Upload Wizard to guide you through the upload process. You can go ahead and remove the existing image from the article, but be sure to include an edit summary this time! --Axiom292 (talk) 06:46, 10 July 2015 (UTC)
