Reader in Mathematics at the University of Edinburgh [1], I lead the development of the open-source linear optimization software HiGHS [2]. Performance of HiGHS is independently assessed on industry standard benchmarks [3]. This user page has been created in order to declare my personal interest in creating the Wikipedia page for HiGHS.
