The Canadian Department of Foriegn Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT) is the union of the department of external affaris and the department of international trade that was arranged by the Libral party. The department still has two seperate ministes, one for foreign relations the otehr for trade. The current ministers are Bill Graham, for foreign affairs, and Pierre Pettigrew for internation trade. The deaprtment is headquartered in the Lester B. Pearson Buidling on the bank of the Ottawa River in the nation's capital.
