X League (women's football)

The Lingerie Football League is the basis of a proposed television series.

The concept originated from the Lingerie Bowl, a pay-per-view event which was broadcast at the same time as the Super Bowl XXXVIII halftime show. The event featured two teams of models playing a football game while dressed in lingerie.

The League is an extension of this idea. There are plans for four teams to play a series of games with the two leading teams playing a championship game during the Super Bowl halftime. The four teams are the Chicago Bliss, the Dallas Desire, the Los Angeles Temptation, and the New York Euphoria.

The games would be broadcast on a pay-per-view basis. There have been reports that the Fox network might broadcast a reality show based on the league. There have also been reports of planned subsidiary products such as DVDs, CDs, and calendars.
