I have added the POV tag because of this reversion of my NPOV edit made without justification or explanation. Suggested corrections: Add a balancing sentence for this sentence: "Business groups and tort reform supporters had lobbied for the legislation, arguing that it was needed to prevent class-action lawsuit abuse." - It needs to say what the bill's opponents said. 199.245.32.11 17:15, 27 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
