Tomoe Abe (born 13 August 1971) is a retired Japanese marathon runner.

She won the bronze medal at the 1993 World Championships in a time of 2:31:01 hours. Her personal best time was 2:26:09 hours, achieved when she won the 1994 Osaka Marathon.
