Tosya Rice

I'd really like to know more about Tosya rice, which is available in Turkish shops. It's a fat, but medium/long grain rice and I am unable to find much information about it. It's not the same as risotto rice, which Turkish Baldo rice is a hybrid of, I believe, but if anyone has more information on this grain please advise. 2A02:C7D:B388:200:8C9A:996B:733E:B81 (talk) 15:28, 31 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
