Ray of Light Theatre is a regional theatre company in San Francisco, California. The company produces a season of musical theatre from September to August each year. It's inaugural season was in 2001 in which the company produced You're a Good Man Charlie Brown. Since that time Ray of Light Theatre has produced six seasons of shows.

Started by the founding artistic director, Shane Ray, the company's mission is "to produce quality theatre in San Francisco at a price that allows our audiences to reflect the rich diversity of the City."

In 2006, a new artistic director, Eli Newsom, was appointed.
