This user adds lots of good content, but occasionally edits controversial articles that you might not like.

Zaphraud is Jason Kennerly, born April 7, 1975 in Camarillo, CA.

His most well known publication is probably either "Life Under GTD5" in the Summer 1994 issue of 2600 Magazine, a bottoms-up user perspective on GTE California's diagnostic systems, or "Exploiting LiveJournal.com with Clickless SWF XSS", a greyhat security article submitted for the Spring 2007 issue after LiveJournal staff (then in Oregon) had made the appropriate corrections to their server software.

Note for username globalization effort: I've lost track of the login for the .cn wikipedia where I edited an article about pac-man or something once, but that is me also.
