Wragge likes the Wiki style, so mostly edits to simplify wp:noted editorial now. That guideline may come across as surprisingly didactic and inflexible at first. After all, it can be noted that editorial emphasis is frequent in notable sources. And "noting" key (or overlooked) details is acceptable English style. Although it usually comes across as time wasting throat-clearance, it isn't inherently bad writing. It effectively tells us about the writer, rather than the subject.
