Notable people

I notice that Elaine Harder is on the list and, according to her obituary, she was born in Windom. However, it seems a little odd to have her name there because she never actually lived in Windom (sorry I don't have a cite for that; my parents went to high school with her). Is it appropriate to have on the list of notable natives someone who was born in the hospital there, but didn't reside or attend school there?184.101.18.89 (talk) 04:12, 15 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
