the writer of this article has somehow confused several concepts. 62.78.120.160 00:40, 24 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Is the title of the article really correct?

The contents of this (in my opinion, sadly deficient) article are talking only about succession by some sort of primogeniture in a hereditary succession. Where are succession laws of elective monarchy (and other cases of non-hereditary succession), which also should be legitimate and required content under title "succession laws"? Where are succession laws of non-primogenitural successions (such as seniority, tanistry, rotation, proximity of kinship), which also should be legitimate and required content under title "succession laws"? Etc. 62.78.104.193 22:38, 26 Apr 2005 (UTC)
