Prince Abdul-Majid bin Abdul-Aziz (circa 1943[1]May 5 2007) was governor of Mecca from 2000 until his death in 2007.[2]

He was the half brother of King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia. In 1985, King Fahd appointed Abdul-Majid as governor of the holy city Medina. Fifteen years later, he became the governor of Mecca.[3]

Bin Abdul-Aziz died in the United States after returning to the US following earlier surgery.
