RAM, Ram or ram can mean:
- A ram is an entire male sheep. A castrated male sheep is a wether.
- Many sports teams use the "Rams' nickname, most notably the St. Louis Rams of the National Football League and the teams representing Colorado State University.
- In computing, RAM is an acronym for Random access memory,
- or Random Access Machine - theoretical computer model.
- In Calculus, RAM stands for Rectangular Approximation Method, a way of approximating the integral of a function.
- In Hinduism, Ram is the Hindi form of the name of Rama, an avatar of Vishnu or God. Alternatively, Ram is a generic term for God. Sikhism states that one of the names of God is Ram.
- Ram is also the name of a Paul McCartney album, released in 1971.
- A battering ram is a long siege weapon designed to break down doors, city gates, walls, et cetera.
- A ram was also a naval ship class in the 1860s. Its principal weapon was its own bow. The bow of the ram was hardened and reinforced to break the hull of an enemy ship. Rams were especially used during the American Civil War. They were often ironclads.
