Heald Green

Heald Green is an area situated in the Metropolitan Borough of Stockport, in the south of Greater Manchester. Heald Green is a ward in the Cheadle constituency.

The area was formerly in the county of Cheshire, until 1974, and is still mistakenly written in some people's addresses. However it is now in the county of Greater Manchester, a new metropolitan county.

Heald Green is centred around Finney Lane, where most of the shops are situated.
