I removed:

In a strange coincidence, Calderon made history the same year another politician from another sister hispanic country made history: That same year Vicente Fox became Pans first candidate ever to be elected to be President of Mexico and the first non PRI candidate to do so in 71 years.

Because: what is Pan? Why is there any relevance to the first female governor of Puerto Rico and some fairly obscure facts about the Mexican presidency? Just because both countries are Hispanic doesn't mean that a first in one is relevant in another. Did some commentator connect these two events? Who cares? I bet I could come up with some other firsts that occurred at the same approximate time, if I wanted to, but who cares? Tuf-Kat
