Toronto Raptors
Hi there! The FA nomination has actually been re-set, kindly re-cast your vote at Wikipedia:Featured article candidates/Toronto Raptors. Thank you. Chensiyuan 04:33, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
Serious question
It says on your userpage that you are a Wikipedia exclusionist, defined as "a philosophy held by some Wikipedians that seeks to maximize the usefulness of an article by removing irrelevant or superfluous information." So why do you keep adding the manga reference to the LaDainian Tomlinson article? In particular, the line "[t]he devious captain, Hiruma, even lied that the eyeshield was for eyestrain" is superfluous at best and seems at odds with your editing philosophy. --Rubber cat 23:40, 7 May 2007 (UTC)
I apologize for assuming that you had re-added the manga thing multiple times. Please accept this rose as a token of apology --> @-}-- --Rubber cat 03:55, 8 May 2007 (UTC)
Linkin Park Genre
Please see the edit history in regards to Alternative Rock. I provided 4 separate sources for them being under that genre -- please pick one, as 3 of them are reputable. Enfestid 02:44, 9 May 2007 (UTC)
Madden weapons feature
The list if a feature of the game. How is that not okay to be present? I'm gonna add it back if you can't tell me a good reason to exclude it.Chris Nelson 17:54, 20 May 2007 (UTC)
Reference for S.T.A.R.S./Joseph Frost
Hi, ShadowJester. I saw that you deleted that sentence from the S.T.A.R.S. article about Frost being a former member of Bravo Team. I understand why that is, although I also know that this statement is true. Here, this is from the Prima Official Strategy Guide: "A former member of the S.T.A.R.S. Bravo Team, and stationed at Raccoon City before the recent unfortunate happenings, Frost was promoted to vehicle specialist for the Alpha Team. This swift promotion didn't sit well with many in Bravo Team, but Captain Wesker himself was responsible. Frost is immature for his age, but enthusiastic and very curious. Bravo Team members joke that his curiosity could be his downfall."
- No problem. I didn't make the addition, I just thought since you're the only person apparently maintaining the article in question you'd like to know. Gamer Junkie 18:01, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
Linkin Park
Oh i forgot to cite it. Sharmask7777 05:39, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
We'll probably need to re-write the opening sentence too then right? Quadzilla99 21:46, 27 May 2007 (UTC)
- I guess we could just leave it the way it is now for a month or two should be fine. COuld also be "amateur basketball player formerly of...with plans to attend..." That's pretty cool Jordan was at your graduation. I'd probably stare a whole through him if I ever got that close to him. Quadzilla99 15:42, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
Please don't remove unsourced tags if you don't provide sources. Corvus cornix 07:32, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
There was no indication that the same source applied to two sections. There should have been seperate footnotes. Corvus cornix 07:49, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
Kewl. That edit works. Corvus cornix 07:54, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
So what is your problem with Carlos? I think you have a good observation on the excessive amount of quotes, but why ruin the article - it is after all a biography? Zambrano is probably the most quotable person around the Cubs since Harry Carry passed away, and you don't want any of them published? Also, you've ripped out the game log - what gives? We're all disappointed with this season, but just ripping apart the page on Wiki seems immature.Terren Peterson
- Yes - I think you should revert back the changes, but please do provide feedback on the discussion section - you have some good points. I'm fine with cleaning up the article, including removing irrelevant quotes, citing references, moving some content down to subpages, etc. It is a shame that articles on Zambrano are larger than those of HOF'ers like Ryne Sandberg and Fergie Jenkins, but that has more to do with not having digitized content than the quality of the player.Terren Peterson

Appreciated your valuable input during the last flame up at Template talk:Infobox NFL player. I was hoping you would weigh in on the current one. — x a n d e r e r 21:33, 11 June 2007 (UTC)
You nuked 75% of the Chester Bennington article
I'm pretty surprised, though I think you must have some reason for doing it. Could you clarify that? TheKillerAngel 03:51, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
- Makes sense now. TheKillerAngel 03:59, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
Cubs Game Log Removals
Ahhh... once again you're playing editor on my pages. What policy are you thinking this violates. I'm planning on pushing details out of the main player pages so that the articles don't appear too long and now you want them deleted? Some people (including myself) are very big into statistics, and want to see the trends for individual starts. This is good information to be in an encylopedia - just ask Bill James. Terren Peterson 22:36, 14 June 2007
Why you removed the information from Chester Bennington article?
Even i am suprised to see a jist of information about Chester Bennington. Please tell us why did you removed the information.
You're right - looks this is a bootleg recording[1] of a Linkin Park AOL concert[2], and therefore appropriately speedy tagged. Thanks for researching it.--Kubigula (talk) 04:05, 24 June 2007 (UTC)
Plot from Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles
Did you even check the updated references before removing the new information? Prime Blue 9:30, 25 June 2007 (GMT)
- The sentence about the story ("The story will be told from Umbrella's point of view") and the characters ("All characters from the first three Resident Evil titles will appear in their respective stages") was reported in the original Famitsu article, which is referenced above.
- No pictures of Carlos Oliveira have been shown, he was only announced in the MAN!AC article. Note that his character box doesn't contain the note Leon's, Claire's and Ada's did ("Character has yet to be confirmed for The Umbrella Chronicles"). Also, MAN!AC is a credible source: They had an exclusive Wesker artwork never before seen anywhere else and even conducted an interview with Masachika Kawata.
- The character Red Queen has been confirmed via Tara Platt's website and has been referenced, but obviously not checked by you. Prime Blue 11:58, 25 June 2007 (GMT)
- Aside from observing the rules of WP:Cite, now I fully understand. How could I ever even think that the Red Queen being a confirmed character is relevant? Of course Carlos Oliveira having been shown, which is outright wrong, is more important to the article.
- Also, if you think the new characters don't belong in the plot section then create one but do not simply delete them (while still keeping the others, which is even more illogical). Prime Blue 19:23, 25 June 2007 (GMT)
rip beck
Im gunna miss him too. :(
Resident Evil 5 info
Hey, why did you take out the RE5 info about Characters and storyline? It was written as speculative information, and properly referenced. Given that theres not much information about RE5, it seems fair to add whatever tidbits are around. Would you consider re-adding the information I added?
Cheers, SaxonSwine.
Bennington discrepancies
The articles that are saying that Jaime is four are wrong, they are confusing him with Draven, who was four at the time that Tyler was born. Also, if you look on LinkinLady [3] you can see Jaime, who is definitely not a small child. I'm just using common sense with the second one (and not trying to come across as rude with that statement) since he has been married to Talinda since '05, there is no way that Jaime can be her son. There are a few rumors that he is from a relationship before Chester's first wife but nothing has been proven. --SayCheese 16:50, 28 June 2007 (UTC)
Libertyville High School Football
I have taken into account the rules of Wikipedia. I think that this is a fine article and it should not be deleted.

- I know the rules. I am just trying to save a notebale article. You don't know what you're talking about. This is a noteable article.
- Excuse the spelling.

- I still don't know why it's not notable. I will put up a fight. I am logging off now. I will see what happens. Don't you dare do anything to the article. It is up to other people now. Leave it alone. - Libertyville 22:58, 28 June 2007 (UTC)
- I see that the page was deleted. I did my best. Please don't bring the Cubs into this, though. I see that it says that you're a political anylist. I would like to know your side, Democrat or Republican. Although, sometimes anylists don't take a side.
