Career
Brown attended Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan where he was an All-American American Football Linebacker, breaking and setting several defensive records. Talent spotters recruited him to the Buffalo Bills, and he played football professional for five years, competing twice in the Super Bowl for the Buffalo Bills in 1992 and the New England Patriots in 1996.
Brown made appearances for Total Nonstop Action in 2002, but eventually disappeared. He returned on March 10, 2004, attacking the Insane Clown Posse. His character had changed - he was now billed as being from the Serengeti, dressed in Leopard skin trunks and possessed the mannerisms of an African predatory animal. His popularity increased until he received an NWA World Title shot on January 16, 2005 at Final Resolution, where he was defeated by the reigning champion, Jeff Jarrett. Two months later, Brown turned heel by aligning with Jarrett, attacking Diamond Dallas Page during the main event of the March 13, 2005 Destination X event and saving Jarrett's title. Brown is now part of Planet Jarrett, Jarrett's retinue.
