Wyckoff House, or Pieter Claeson Wyckoff House is located at 1516 Clarendon Road in the Flatbush area of Brooklyn, and is the oldest structure in New York City, begun in 1652.[citation needed] It is a National Historic Landmark. It is owned by New York City but is operated by a nonprofit.
