Priest is a British film, made in Liverpool, which showed in 1994 at the Toronto International Film Festival. It starred Linus Roache as a Roman Catholic priest struggling between his calling as a priest in an inner-city parish and his homosexuality.

It is a deeply moving and emotional journey through the confusion, pain, destruction and joy he and other characters experience.
