Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits are considered vandalism and immediately reverted. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. --ElKevbo 15:29, 20 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

We are a school, and I believe that just because a few students vandalize doesn't mean that the whole school should be banned.

Decline reason:

(I will WP:AGF and assume you are being truthful about this being a school IP.) Blocking of this particular address from anonymous editing is in line with Wikipedia's policies on vandalism. In this case, this is not the first offense from this IP address, and the offenses are blatant (including violations of WP:NPA), and thus the request is denied. Unfortunately, this results in collateral blocks on legitimate editing from an academic institution. While the current block on anonymous editing will expire in one week, logged in accounts will still be permitted from editing from this address; please see the information below for details. --Kinu t/c 20:19, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Educational institution IP address
To edit, please create an account at home and log in with it here.

Due to persistent vandalism, anonymous editing from your school, library, or educational institution's IP address may be blocked (disabled). You will continue to have access to read the encyclopedia. If you are logged in but still unable to edit, please follow these instructions. To prevent abuse, account creation via this IP address might also be disabled.

If account creation is disabled and you are unable to create an account elsewhere, you can request one by following the instructions at Wikipedia:Request an account. Please check on this list that the username you choose has not already been taken. If editing is required for class projects, please have your instructor or network administrator contact us (with reference to this IP address) at the Unblock Ticket Request System with a contact email address that is listed on your school's website. Thank you for your cooperation.
