Delvin DeWayne James , (Born January 3, 1978 in Nacogdoches, Texas) was a starting pitcher for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. He played with them in 2002. He was drafted by the Devil Rays in the 14th round of the amateur draft. He signed with them on June 11, 1996. He did bad, going 0-3 with a 6.55 era. He was released on October 15, 2003. He then signed with the Florida Marlins on December 15, 2003 but was released on March 24, 2004. He then signed with the Anaheim Angels but was released on October 15, 2004.
