Phoebus de Lusignan (d. Rome, after July, 1485)

Phoebus de Lusignan (in Portuguese called Febo, as a progenitor), Titular Marshal of Armenia and Titular Lord of Sidon, was an illegitimate son of Pierre de Lusignan (grandson of Jean de Lusignan and second wife Alix d'Ibelin) by an unknown mother, and was legitimized by the Pope Martin V in 1428 along with his cousin Guy de Lusignan, illegitimate son of Janus I or John II de Lusignan, King of Cyprus.

Married to an unknown woman, he was the father of two children, a son and a daughter:

  • Hugues de Lusignan (d. after 1468), Lord of Menico and Acaqui, married firstly to ... Babin and secondly to Isabeau Placoton, and had issue, two daughters:
    • Isabelle de Lusignan, married to Very Embriaco de Giblet, Lord of Makrassika
    • Lucrece de Lusignan, married to Olivier de Flatre
  • Eleonore de Lusignan (d. Lisbon, ca 1475, and buried there), in Portuguese called Leonor, as a progenitor, married firstly in 1450/1455 or 1451/1452 Soffredo Crispo, Lord of Nisyros (d. 1458), without issue, and secondly before 1459 as his second wife to Vasco Gil Moniz (d. Lisbon, 1497), widow of Catarina Fernandes, without issue, the son of Gil Aires Moniz and wife Maria Pires, and had issue
