Notes

  1. This story introduced a brand-new opening title sequence with, for the first time, the face of the lead actor, Patrick Troughton.
  2. Anneke Wills debuted a new, shorter haircut in this story. Allowance was made for it in the narrative, in which it was part of Polly's refreshment regimen at the Colony. Wills had to wear hair extensions for the first few scenes of the story as a result.
  3. All episodes of this story are missing from the BBC archives. Surviving clips of this story were released on DVD in the UK in November of 2004 in a three-disc set titled Doctor Who - Lost in Time: A Collection of Rare Episodes.
