USA Up All Night is a series of movies appearing late-night on the weekends from 1986 to 1998 on the USA Network. Originally, Caroline Schlitt hosted the Friday show, while Gilbert Gottfried handled the Saturday show. When Schiltt left the program in 1990, Rhonda Shear took over hosting duties on Friday. The program often featured cult classics, B-movies, and other fare not often appearing on television. During commercial breaks, the hosts would engage in some banter about the film or engage in hijinks around Hollywood.

Up All Night would regularly show softcore pornography films, but would edit out the gratuitous sex scenes and leave the main plotline. A running joke among viewers was that, in doing this, USA did just the opposite of what most viewers of those films would do.

In 1998, USA decided to rebrand themselves, which meant cancelling or retooling many of their programs. Up All Night was part of that process. They decided to relieve Shear and Gottfried of their hosting duties and present mainstream films that appealed to more viewers.
