Timothy Eric Boswell (born December 2, 1942) is an English politician, and Tory member of Parliament for Daventry since 1987.

Under John Major he was a junior minister at the Department for Education and late the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, and served as a junior spokesman during William Hague. Iain Duncan Smith made him education spokesman, and under Michael Howard he is a shadow minister for Home, Constitutional, and Legal Affairs.
