San De Fuca is an unincorporated community and geographical location on Whidbey Island and was formerly a small town in the 1800s. It is on the north side of Penn Cove across from Coupeville, Washington. 48°14′6″N 122°43′23″W / 48.23500°N 122.72306°W / 48.23500; -122.72306
